This Privacy Policy defines the rules for the processing and protection of personal data and cookies provided by Users via the website https://ngref-group.com/.
The controller of Users’ personal data is NGR Technologie sp. z o.o., with its registered office at ul. Zielonogórska 8, Grodzisk Wielkopolski, entered into the National Court Register (KRS) under number 0000256477, NIP 5291720456. The Controller may be contacted via e-mail at biuro@ngr-technologie.eu or in writing at the Controller’s registered office address.
Users’ personal data will be processed for the purpose of responding to inquiries submitted via contact forms available on the website. The legal basis for the processing of personal data for this purpose is the legitimate interest of the Controller (Article 6(1)(f) of the GDPR), consisting in maintaining communication with potential clients and business partners of the Controller.
Users who use the contact forms available on the website may also give additional consent to receive commercial information. The Controller may provide commercial information by telephone and/or e-mail, depending on the consent granted by the User. The legal basis for processing personal data for this purpose is the User’s consent (Article 6(1)(a) of the GDPR).
Personal data obtained by the Controller via contact forms available on the website will be processed for a period not longer than 5 years from the date of collection or until an objection is raised and/or consent granted to the Controller is withdrawn.

lodge a complaint with the President of the Personal Data Protection Office (ul. Stawki 2, 00-193 Warsaw) if the User believes that the Controller has violated regulations concerning the processing of personal data.
Users’ personal data will not be subject to automated decision-making or profiling.
