Standard realization conditions

Production time:

The production time for standard gates and curtains is usually approximately 4–6 weeks after all of the following conditions have been met:

  1. Placing an order.
  2. Establishing of all technical details.
  3. Acceptation of order confirmation.
  4. Acceptation of technical drawing.
  5. Paying prepayment to NGR Technologie account.

Final production time will be confirmed at the stage of receiving the official order.

Please note! Non-standard execution (for example: painting RAL, additional covers, pass door, special design etc.) extends the production time; in case of a larger quantity of gates, the production time may also be extended, therefore it may be necessary to establish a delivery schedule.

Payment conditions:

  • 40% prepayment with acceptation of order confirmation,
  • 60% to be paid 3 days before planned loading at EF Polska’s warehouseu.

Goods collection:

ex works from the warehouse / production hall of NGR Technologie Sp. z o.o. / EF Polska Sp. z o.o., Grodzisk Wielkopolski, ul. Zielonogórska 8.
The execution of the order must be carried out in accordance with the amendment to the Act of 11 March 2004 (Journal of Laws 2016, item 710, consolidated text of 25 May 2016) on value added tax (VAT).

Contracts concluded for construction works – supply and installation – are governed by Article 17(1)(8) in conjunction with Article 17(1h) and Annex No. 14 to the VAT Act.

Instructions according to preparation of the opening / technical conditions:

On Customer’s side:

  1. Information according to opening preparation for gate’s assembly

    Gate can be assembled only to flat and plain finished wall so precise wall surface preparation is required before starting the assembly. Any irregularity of surface is inadmissible on the whole gate’s installation area (described on drawings for Customer’s approval for each gate). Second important thing is proper floor preparation on gate’s working width. Because of necessity for keeping tightness and fire insulation parameters it is required to prepare the floor precisely leveled.

    For steel rolled-up gates it is required to built-in additional supporting elements surrounding gate guides according to manufacturer’s directions.

    FOR ANY INACURRACIES IN FLOOR & LINTEL  PREPARATION LIKE ALSO ANY DIFFICULTIES FOR GATE’S ASSEMBLY NGR TECHNOLOGIE / EF POLSKA SHALL NOT TAKE RESPONSIBILITY.

    Confirmation of gate dimensions and guarantee of necessary space for installation is on Customer’s side.

    PBEFORE STARTING THE ASSEMBLY ANY FOREIGN INSTALLATIONS IN GATE ASSEMBLY AREA HAVE TO BE REMOVED.
  2. Drawing documentation accepted by Customer

    Drawing with building conditions and assembly requirements for each gate is sent for acceptation to the Customer by e-mail. Sending back signed and stamped drawings is necessary condition of passing each gate to the production. Sending back signed drawing by e-mail is required for issuing As-Built Technical Documentation prepared in accordance with approved drawing(s). 
  3. Opening preparation for gate assembly according to NGR TECHNOLOGIE Sp. z o.o. / EF Polska Sp. z o.o. instructions

    All fireproof gates are delivered in standard with installation set (anchors) for main gate elements. For gate supporting elements steel ring anchors for fast installation are enclosed. These anchors are designed for walls with specified mechanical parameters (concrete or reinforced concrete walls, full ceramic brick, etc).

    If gate is installed to other type of wall (perforated brick, aerated concrete, etc.) these steel ring anchors cannot be used for assembly.

    In this case Customer is obliged to describe the exact type of material that wall is expected to be made of so proper anchors could be enclosed. In some situations price for gate and assembly can be corrected.

    In some situations assembly can be done only after preparing special supporting constructions or corrections of existing wall construction. This point refers to walls without necessary mechanical parameters allowing to install gate supporting elements especially wall made of light construction like gypsum plates , layered plates or “sandwich” panels.
  4. Providing power supply

    Customer before gate assembly provides power supply to the gate’s control box installation place according to NGR Technologie Sp. z o.o. / EF Polska Sp. z o.o. instructions and brings proper wiring from superordinated fire system of the building (Supplier is responsible for gate wiring only – between the drive and controller and between the controller and gate accessories such as emergency release button, smoke detectors, emergency light and siren etc.).

    The lack of a permanent power supply may not constitute grounds for refusing to acknowledge the progress of the works or for refusing to sign the acceptance protocol.
  5. Cancellation policy

    In case of order cancellation NGR Technologie / EF Polska is entitled to issue an invoice due to the costs involved in actions taken from placing an order till its cancellation.

On the Supplier’s side:

Providing instructions for: opening preparation (technical drawings with building conditions and assembly requirements for each gate and providing power supply) within 14 calendar days from order confirmation.
